Residents in Da Nang, Vietnam fill sandbags on Saturday in preparation for Super Typhoon Haiyan, which is expected to hit the city on around 4 a.m. Sunday morning. Local authorities announced they had evacuated 20,000 people from vulnerable areas and advised others to stay inside their homes.
