Cambodia's kings once conducted affairs of state at the Throne Hall of the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Built in 1917 to replace an older wooden structure, the Throne Hall is still used for special ceremonies and as a place to receive official guests. Tourists can peer inside the structure, but cannot enter. Feb. 29, 2012.
