Barbed wire is strung across the front of a building containing former classrooms at the the Tuol Sleng prison in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Khmer Rouge turned this building into a mass detention cell, and the barbed wire was to prevent prisoners from escaping or throwing themselves to their deaths from the upper floors. March 1, 2012.
