Ruth Sabiers, of Veterans for Peace, interacts with children at the Duc Son Pagoda orphanage in Hue, Vietnam. Sabiers and other members toured Vietnam in April to learn about efforts to mitigate the suffering of the country's Agent Orange victims and others who have been injured by bombs and land mines left over from the Vietnam War. The facility is currently home to 170 children, some of them victims of dioxin poisoning caused by the use of Agent Orange during the war. April 22, 2013.
