Staff Sgt. Rakheem Francis, 24, of Queens, N.Y., a flight medic with the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade's "Shadow "Dustoff", looks out the window of a helicopter after treating an Afghan soldier who died moments after arriving at the NATO hospital at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan.
